The Floating EVA Foam filled fender is filled with high density foam. Nowadays, they are widely used in docks, ships, boats and vessels. High energy-absorption, corrosion resistance as well as anti-tearing. They can protect the docks and all the ships well when stopped.

Floating Foam Fender is available in diameters from 500 mm to 4,500 mm and lengths from 800 mm to 10,600 mm, different foam hardness grades as well as special shapes and sizes. The fenders could be installed with a two or four point mounting system, depending on the application. Standard colors are black and orange, individual skin colors available upon request.

Foam Core - The closed cell EVA foam core used inside offers unsink ability during operation.

Outer Rubber + Nylon Cord Fabrics - Specifically designed to seal EVA foam inside and to prevent any leakage.

Polyurea Spraying Coating - Permanent spray on coatings that protect the surface of fender body. It is more durable than rubber and flexible in all weather conditions; no softening in heat or becoming brittle in cold.
