V Type Rubber Fenders are a simple yet rugged designed fender providing reliable performance with minimum potential issues. It is a design utilised in a wide variety of ship berths that can be depended on even under severe environmental conditions.
V type rubber fender has a rubber contact face ideal for all general purpose applications. They also can have UHMWPE plastic pad faced for those applications where friction factor must be low.

Inspection and certificate
We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.
The following tests are to be conducted:
- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test
- Energy absorption and reaction test
Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.
Inspect items as below:
1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.
2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
